What if I can not provide traditional proof of income?
If you are unable to provide standard documentation, please note this in your application. We will work with you to find an alternative solution or help support with obtaining these documents.
What documents count as proof of income?
You may submit any one of the following:
A recent pay stub (within the last 60 days)
Your most recent tax return
An unemployment or disability benefits letter
Other official income verification documents
Can I switch from Private Pay to insurance later?
Yes. If your insurance becomes active at any time, you can transition to using your insurance benefits for therapy sessions.
How long does the approval process take?
Most applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your request is approved.
